Oil Trades Lower, Struggles To Keep Above $97

MarketWatch Pulse --
Crude-oil futures traded lower Monday as investors were concerned about the threat of a default in Greece and its impact on the global economy, and the dollar traded higher. Crude for March delivery declined 70 cents, or 0.7%, to $97.13 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Greece is seen as running out of time to work out a deal for a second bailout package as party leaders have resisted more austerity measures.

This is one area where the government should compete, We the people{government} should build our own refineries, make a small profit and use it to pay off our debt not give HUGE PROFITS to the stupid oil companies.

Oil Trades Lower, Struggles To Keep Above $97 and can decrease in price all it wants. Oil does not have to be Kept Above $97.
The price of fuel at the pump is too high!

in a perfect world the price at the pump would decrease as fast as it does when it increases, but alas i don't see that happening anytime soon.

The American gas buyers are going to pay the pump price increases period. That is just the way it is going to happen.
